1998年に発売されたという架空のゲーム『Dyspepsia』のサウンドトラックとして制作された大山田大山脈の第4音源集『Dyspepsia Original Sound Track』。インターネットコア的な解像度のクリーチャーを思わせる多彩なメロディとリズムトラックがきままに飛び回る、不気味な魔窟(ダンジョン)にぼくらは足を踏み入れる。

そこかしこに罠のように仕掛けられたレフト・フィールドな歪さと、大山田大山脈の根幹に刻まれているYMO的なポップネスが互いに互いを支え合い、存在しないはずの架空のゲームのディテールを浮かび上がらせていく。

CD版には本音源のDLコードにあわせて、ゲームライター、コノミガワ・ジュンヤによる『Dyspepsia』の解説文が記されたブックレットが付属。

Dyspepsia Original Sound Track, Ooyamadadaisanmyaku's fourth album, was created as the soundtrack to the fictional game Dyspepsia, which was reportedly released in 1998.
As we step into the eerie dungeon, we are greeted by a variety of melodies and rhythm tracks that fly freely, reminiscent of creatures of internet-core-like resolution.

The left-field distortion that is set up here and there like a trap and the YMO-like popness that is etched into the core of Ooyamadadaisanmyaku mutually support each other, bringing to light details of an imaginary game that should never have existed.

The CD version includes a booklet with an explanation of "Dyspepsia" by game writer Junya Konomigawa, along with a DL code for the audio source.
