大山田大山脈は3作目にして「効能」としての音楽にたどり着いた。若年性の、あるいは季節性の認知症としての不眠症に寄り添う音階の数々は、ビートを脱色し、震えながら眠気の調度のうえを旋回する。大山田大山脈自らが穏やかな眠りにつくために調合された音波状の睡眠薬、『Zolpidem』。

都内を中心に精力的に活動するロックバンドkumagusuの中心人物である井上Y氏によりデザインされた装丁は、錠剤の白い外皮のような質感を作品に付与し、毎晩取り出し「服薬」したくなるような『Zolpidem』へのアディクトを誘発する。
